How to Enable Stickers on WhatsApp in just 5 Steps

Whatsapp recently introduce Stickers Feature for its iOS and Android apps via the latest update 2.18.337. Unlike many other Messenging Platforms and apps( eg. Messenger, Hike, Telegram etc) , Whatsapp had no Stickers function. Upon requests of many Users, now WhatsApp Stickers are here. Recently, in a beta update, WhatsApp tested the Stickers Function and finally rolls it for the Public version.

But many Users on Android platform still can’t send Stickers on WhatsApp.

In this post I will show you how to Fix this. And manually download and install WhatsApp version 2.18.337 on your Android Smartphone. You can’t send, receive or even see Whatsapp stickers tab if you are still using any of the previous versions older than 2.18.337.

How to send Whatsapp Stickers

Time needed: 2 minutes.

Download and enable Stickers.

  1. Download Latest WhatsApp from here

    Click here and download Whatsapp version 2.18.337 APK.

  2. Install the WhatsApp APK

    Navigate to the downloaded file using the file manager on your phone. If you download the apk using Chrome Browser then it may be just in your Downloads Folder.
    Tap to install.
    Importantly, Make sure, “Install from Unknown Sources” is enabled from developer settings of your phone.
    In Android 8.0 and above, it only asks to grant permission for the file to install.

  3. Tap on Smiley Icon

    After Installation, open Whatsapp and open a conversation. Tap on the smiley icon.Enable Stickers on WhatsApp

  4. Download Sticker Packs

    This time, Stickers icon will show at the bottom, next to GIF icon. Tap on it and you will be able to download stickers by tapping the + icon in top right.

  5. Send Stickers on WhatsApp

    Tap on Stickers Icon and choose the pack and send Stickers to your Friends, Family even the Boss if he doesn’t mind 😉 .

How to enable more Custom Stickers?

You just have to download some Stickers app from Playstore on Android and App Store on iOS.
